The Project
This old and tired deck had certainly seen better days, and this Customer contacted Belcam Painting as the lack of maintenance on this deck aged the space. This medium-sized deck (approximately 20 x 20 ft) hadn’t been maintained or refreshed in many years and so these new homeowners came to Belcam Painting as a trusted partner for this project in their first home.
The Proposal
Belcam Painting worked with the Customer to help select a colour to bring life into this outside space. The homeowner relied on Belcam Painting to guide them through colour selection as to what would work best with the features of the home around this back deck. For this project it was necessary to start with a “clean canvas” and so the existing treatment on this deck was sanded off within a matter of hours.
The Work Performed
This deck and privacy fence were sanded and stained with a weather resistant coating sure to bring colour back into the space. Gone were the remnants of previous shoddy paint jobs and in it’s place remains a picture-perfect professional job done by Belcam Painting in less than two days. If you look cloisely you’ll notice no paint on any of the expensive Brick, and the careful selection of colour to match with the new patio furniture.
