The project
This older building was in rough shape when the Belcam team got to it. This commercial building needed both an interior and exterior refresh to bring it to life once more. The Customer wanted the inside and outside to match the service they provide their Customers and this is a speciality of ours. We partnered with our Customer from the beginning to help them prioritize their project, select their colours, and work within the tight time frame they needed. Sure enough, we brought this beauty back to life!
The Proposal
This industrial space was large and dreary – neither of which make great environments to work in! Belcam Painting brought brightness to this space with a crisp and clean white paint on the walls and a fresh coat on the flooring. You can see how glossy the floor is in this photo – this is because the paint is fresh and getting settled as it dries to it’s matte grey finish.
The Work Performed
This was the final product after working with our Customer to refinish this commercial space. Several coats of paint covering every inch of this space, including walls, ceilings, and of course – the floor – and they are back in business ready to welcome people back with a fresh, bright, and crisp new look.
